Our clean, modern & fully equipped apartments (furnished to North American standards) are conveniently located on the Beautiful Tomebamba River close to Old Town in the city of Cuenca, Ecuador.
 
We offer two - 3 bedroom apartments and one - 2 bedroom apartment for short and medium term rentals. The newly constructed condominium building is located within a few minutes walking distance to various restaurants, shopping, hospitals, clinics, Old Town, Parque Calderon, museums, spanish language schools and much more. Whether you are coming to Cuenca, Ecuador on business, vacation, visiting friends and family or relocating, you will find our rental condos very accommodating.  Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of our condominium building “Edificio Pumapungo”  located beside the famous Central Bank Museum  which includes the huge terraced property of the ancient Inca Ruins.
  
From right in our front of the building the walking path along the river stretches for miles and provides a safe, quiet atmosphere with trees, flowers and mowed grass along the way. There is an abundance of taxis in Cuenca and you never have to wait for more than 5 minutes for one.  Taxi rates are very inexpensive and you can get to almost any destination in Cuenca for $2.00.  The local city busses run frequently and there are many different lines.  The fare - only 25 cents.  You can also take busses to outlying villages in a safe manner and the cost is approximately $1.00 per hour bus ride.  

Our apartments and condos are fully equipped right down to the linens, dishes, cutlery etc.  All apartments have a washer/dryer for your convenience.  We try to provide you with a “home away from home.” setting.  Rent for our condos includes gas, water, electricity, satelite tv, internet, homeowner’s fee and an indoor parking space. Our apartments and condos are small pet friendly but we do require an additional $100 deposit which is refundable if no damage has occurred due to the pet.
